Our Team Members
Dr. Prasad Samarasinghe
Dr. Samarasinghe has over 27 years of experience in the telecommunications, banking, and insurance industries, having served in senior leadership positions. He was the Managing Director of one of Sri Lanka's largest telecom operators and Chairman of the national television network, Sri Lanka Rupavahini Corporation. He is highly skilled in the strategic-level deployment of IT solutions and digitalisation of organisations. Due to his expertise, he serves as a director on various boards, including listed private companies and conglomerates.
He holds a PhD in Telecommunications from the Australian National University in Canberra, Australia. He also holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with First Class Honours from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka.
Ramesh De Silva
Ramesh brings over 24 years of experience in banking and financial services, with significant global exposure in Sri Lanka, the United Arab Emirates, and Canada. His expertise includes Enterprise Risk Management, financial crime and regulatory compliance, AML Quality Assurance and Sanctions Testing, project management, process improvements, commercial lending and SME finance.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. Additionally, he is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in the UK, a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in Canada, and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS) in the USA.
Dakshina Dassanayake
Dakshina has over 25 years of extensive executive-level experience in information technology across North America. He is a seasoned expert in enterprise digital transformation, with deep expertise in key areas such as Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Database Administration (Oracle, SQL Server), Data Warehouse Architecture, Data Integration, Data Mart Design, Universe Design, and Dashboard Design using tools like SAP Business Objects, Power BI, and Cognos. His experience also extends to business management and marketing.
Dakshina holds a Master of Science in Engineering with honors from the State University of Moscow, Russia, and has completed postgraduate studies at the University of California, Irvine, USA.
Ganesh Wijenayake
Ganesh brings over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, having worked extensively on various ICT projects and assignments both in Sri Lanka and internationally. He is currently a Director and Advisor to the Project Management Institute, Sri Lankan chapter. Ganesh is an expert in ICT system design, infrastructure, system integration, and cybersecurity. His deep technical expertise is complemented by a strategic understanding of how to align IT solutions with business objectives to drive innovation and efficiency.
He holds a Master of Science in Engineering with First Class Honors from the University of Lviv, Ukraine. Additionally, he is a member of the Project Management Institute (USA), a Professional Member of the British Computer Society (MBCS), and a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (MIEEE).
Manjula Wimaladasa
With over 18 years of extensive practical experience, Manjula is an expert in Microsoft Infrastructure Services, ICT System Implementation, Project Management, and Business Development. He has demonstrated proficiency in designing solution architectures for both public and private multi-cloud environments and holds deep expertise in Microsoft Modern Workplace and Microsoft product offerings.
Manjula's academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University, a Master of Science in Cyber Security and Information Technology from the University of Gloucestershire and a Bachelor of Science in Computing and Information Systems along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Networking from London Metropolitan University.
Dr. Chandima Padmaperuma
Dr. Padmaperuma brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the financial sector, including commercial and development banking in Sri Lanka and Australia. He has also served as a Director of the Industrial Development Authority of the Central Province of Sri Lanka. His expertise includes operations, human resource performance optimization, process improvements, project finance, MSME lending and credit collections.
He holds a PhD in Development Studies specializing in economic development policy and a Master of Development Studies from the University of Melbourne, Australia. Additionally, he holds a Master of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Colombo. Also, he is a Chartered Management Accountant (UK) and an Attorney-at-Law (Sri Lanka).
